The setting is like a page out of a storybook. The Village Green is the heart of the community where friends catch up with one another under the gently whirling fans of the gazebo overlooking Lake Greenwood, or sit together under the stars and roast marshmallows at the fire pit.

We enjoy four distinct seasons here, but they're mild enough to spend afternoons by the infinity pool from spring through fall. Sidewalks with classic street lamps connect the home sites of this community. From the magnificent "lakefront oak" on the northeastern shore to the boat launch area on the peninsula's western shore, everywhere you roam you are met with incredible natural beauty.

The Boating Life

The view of the lake from your home is only matched by the thrill of making Lake Greenwood a part of your life to enjoy everyday. Get out and play! Lakeside home sites offer plenty of deep-water access for private docks, and there is also a secure area where residents can reserve space for recreational boat storage. The boat launch and dock at the western shore give you immediate access to the widest area of the Lake Greenwood. The sitting area overlooking the boat launch and cove is a great place to relax with fellow boaters.
