The first thing you should understand about Summer Pointe is that there are no inferior home sites. Whether you choose to live directly on the Lake Greenwood or view it from the Crestline section you will enjoy magnificent lake outlooks.

On the lakeside of the main drive are generously sized home sites that gently slope down to the water's edge. Water access is significantly easier here than you'll find on many Carolina lakes, such as Lake Keowee or Lake Jocassee, no long uphill climbs from lake to house. Almost every lakefront home site has a least 90 feet of lake frontage.
